Reginald Swift, is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Rubix LS.
Reginald is a kinesthetic entrepreneur, that has 16 years of mechanical engineering experience from a research, academic and industry based experience in a multi-variate forms of functions. His range of experiences stems from aerospace & defense, robotics, nuclear technologies, biotechnology/life-sciences, and astronautics. Including his work in industry, he has a strong quality transformation and technological development experience that has been implemented in countless organizations from start-up to Fortune 100 organizations.
Reginald is a native to Florida, who holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from Florida International University and a minor in Entrepreneurial Strategies. He is currently in pursuit of his Ph.D in molecular mechanical engineering in Boston where he currently resides.

A business-oriented attorney with more than twenty years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, medical device and other life science-related industries. Wendy has been directly responsible for intellectual property, corporate legal, compliance, human resources, quality assurance and business development activities in companies at every stage of development, from virtual start-ups to large commercial entities. Most recently, Wendy served as General Counsel and Sr. Vice President, Legal and Intellectual Property for Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp., a NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical company developing innovative drug candidates for cancer and inflammatory diseases. Prior to Synta, Wendy co-founded Microbiotix, Inc., a privately-held pharmaceutical company focused on developing small molecule anti-infective agents. She has also held positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, Bionutrics, LipoGenics, Ceremedix, Entropin and Fish & Neave (now Ropes & Gray). Wendy is a native New Yorker who holds a bachelors degree in chemistry, magna cum laude, from Barnard College, a masters degree in organic chemistry from Columbia University and a juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. Wendy is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), a registered US patent attorney and is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC.
scott roethle, md
Scott has wide-ranging experience and interest outside of the clinical group-practice of anesthesia includes Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Lifelog Health, a managed services and consulting startup in disruptive innovation in health technology, marketing a revolutionary new integrated health wearable and app available to systems, practitioners, and directly to the consumer. Roles include much more than the medical expertise required in this startup, particularly sales and marketing, healthcare technology (IoT and SaaS), and fundraising and angel investing.
As a physician anesthesiologist in a large private practice group, Scott is clinically active in directing and performing anesthesia care for a wide range of patients and procedures. Scott has served as a Division Chief and the Director of obstetric anesthesia. . Scott also serve in leadership as a Delegate for the American Society of Anesthesiology, as President-elect of the Kansas Society of Anesthesiology, and Board Member of Kansas City Medical Society.
